Ingredient:-
- 1 cup Suji (Semolina)
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tsp Chili Flakes
- 3-4 finely chopped Green Chilies Salt (to taste)
- 2 medium-sized boiled Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Cornflour (or Rice Flour/Maida as alternatives Oil/Ghee for frying
Instructions:

Prepare Suji Mixture: Heat a pan and add 1 cup of water. Once the water heats up, add 1 tsp chili flakes, 3-4 chopped green chilies, and salt to taste. Mix well. Gradually add 1 cup of suji, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Cook the suji mixture until the water is fully absorbed, and the texture becomes thick and smooth.
Cool and Rest: Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool for 15-20 minutes.

- Prepare the Dough: Mash the boiled potatoes and mix them with 2 tbsp cornflour (or rice flour/maida).
Add the cooled suji mixture to the potato mash and knead it into a soft dough.
Shape the Bites: Grease your hands with a little oil and roll the dough into long strips. Cut the strips into small bite-sized pieces or give them your desired shape (e.g., round or oval).
Fry to Perfection: Heat oil in a pan on medium-high heat. Deep fry the suji bites until they turn golden brown and crispy on the outside.
